Aries Taurus cusp can be both constructive and destructive. The constructive side of this blend displays a harnessing of energy to support and promote domestic existence. The "down" side of this cusp demonstrates itself in burnout.

The practical aspects of creating life here on Earth can stifle or even obliterate the inspiration inherent in this combination. The self-esteem found in this cusp combination is exceeded only by the urge for self-gratification, which will invariably make its subjects unreasonable and overbearing unless self-control is developed.

Detailed Traits of Aries Taurus Cusp Individuals

 Somewhat headstrond

Actually, the inherent traits of people at Aries Taurus cusp are somewhat headstrong and often quite violent. These are generous individuals who are broad and extremely practical in their ways, but their natures are so dominant that they frequently find it rather difficult to work well under others.

Endowed with originality and executive ability

Liberally endowed with originality and executive ability, the possibilities that lie within the paths of these cuspians truly is quite wonderful. They are strong, very confident and exceedingly determined souls who possess unlimited faith in their own knowledge.

Very persuasive individuals

These are individuals who constantly and freely give advice to those around them...relatives or friends. There is also a strong magnetic personality here which makes these natives very persuasive, so much so that the advice given is often difficult to decline or resist. Yet, at the same time, they themselves are among the last to accept advice from others.

Strong-headed and persistent in their undertakings

Gives only when it suits

Aries Taurus cusps are generous characters...but on their own terms. They have persistence traits to give only when it suits them and are equally capable of taking back not only their gifts but also their affection. However, this is rarely done out of capriciousness or malice but because they feel their gifts have gone unappreciated or were undeserved.

Love have an undeniable softening effect

Love appears to have an undeniable softening effect upon these cuspians. Although they may take and discard partners when it pleases them, they really do fare best upon a steady stream of love from one special person...particularly when such love is accompanied by unconditional giving on their part. Indeed, this may well be the closest an Aries/Taurus cuspian will ever come to true selflessness.

Aries Taurus Cusp Relationships

With regard to relationships, people at Aries Taurus cusps are always able to make their presence felt in their interactions with others regardless of the circumstances. These are big people, capable of prodigious mistakes as well as sparkling success and they usually leave little doubt about where they stand.

  1. it is called the cusp of power. ive always felt like i could relate to the taurus sign of the zodiac, but i didn't fit in with the description of being afraid of change and having a stoic personality. sometimes i really crave excitement and seek more experiences. i later found out that this reflected the aries part of my cusp personality. its helped me understand myself more

    1. I agree with you a lot! I'm a pretty quiet person (that may because I don't relate to many people because I don't have many friends), but when I'm around those I care about, I am normally upbeat. I try not to be too quiet or shy, so people will be afraid of talking to me. However, most of my friends are Aquarius, so they are quiet people. I'm not sure if I need to be more talkative to tem (Aries side) or let them be and not push them (Taurus for two reasons, respecting people's space and knowing when and when not to talk). I crave excitement too though. I definitely relate more to Taurus, but apparently Aries is supposed to be more compatible with Aquarius, which makes no sense to me, seeing as how they're shy and Aries are very loud people normally. What ever the case may be, I'm still trying to figure out which side works better when I'm around this guy I like. ;)

  3. I think this synopsis was pretty accurate to a certain degree ; I think we tend to be very patient creatures ,those on a cusp love to be on time I mean extremely on time to the point that we are 30 minutes to an hour early to an event.the commentary that where very fiery or violent. I don't think that applies at all,, if where not crossed we dont get back at a person rite away ; what we do make are good managers in entertainment , social work or business that is because we take no prisoners and give the greastest advice and keep secrets a little too good. People tell us everything.lol We have a very good quality of restraint so much restraint that someone who is perceived as an enemy or knows they are an enemy knows not to go that far with us.We are extremely, beautiful, powerful ,elegant, stylish, calculating ,persistence ,patient people. when we walk into a room people know we're there,, it's our magnetism.it's unfortunate to know that Adolf Hitler is born the day before me and the fish is voice is shot those children in Connecticut,, Lanza is born the day after day. we are still beautiful people with those exceptions in mind.

  6. This is the best article yet that I have read. I am April 19th. I have always wondered how I could be patient but angered quickly. So completely opposed to laziness or lack of will. Will do things by myself than recruit help. Command attention upon entry in any room. Willing to go the extra mile but my efforts need to be appreciated. I expect all attention from my mate but when I dont want to be bothered, you better not. Loving, caring, giving, nuturing. Advice is a constant thing given to even perfect strangers. But, please dont offer your advice unless sought. Lol, the Aries Taurus is a rather remarkable person, if I must say so myself and I do.

  7. I'm April 20th. Head strong, very stratigic and I can be on time from any distance and it could be within mins. to seconds. The fact is I was still on time.

You've shown me how it is done. Give me time but I'll show you how we'll do it better, faster and more effecient.

I'm open for more information I can use it later.

Don't cross me. Your on a 3 strike limite.

  8. April 22nd (Taurus)

This describes me to a "T." I have the determination of a born leader. I detest taking orders or working under direct supervision. I know what works. I can be quite strategic in implementing what will work. I possess the gift of foresight.

I can be quite hedonistic and selfish in regards to flighty relationships. I simply take what I want. The're usually willing participants. Not by coercion or force, but by my charm, sensuality, shyness, charisma, introversion, sex appeal, stability...yes, being a cusp, I can be the best of both worlds.

In one aspect, with stability, integrity, responsibility, they see the prospect of marriage (Taurus), with Aries influence, they see someone who will possibly f*ck their brains out, blow a kiss, wink afterwards, and never look back! The challenging aspect of it all. This ambiguity leaves them intrigued.

    Love me or hate me.

    1. Agreed. Me being born on the 22nd I feel as if no one is close to my level except another cusp born on the same day. I find it very difficult to make close friends since wolves don't make friends with sheep

  9. I'm trying to figure out what mine and my husband's "problem" is. We've been married for almost 8 years (2nd marriage for both), but we have never really seemed to "fit". First of all, I admit that I rushed in because he was a good guy, stable, honest, hard-working, trustworthy...everything I had yet to see in a man in my entire life. We dated for 2-1/2 years but he has never really opened up to me, in a lot of ways. The reason Im posting this here? He was born April 19th, the Aries-Taurus cusp. I cannot figure him out, to be able to know how to relate to him...as an Aries or Taurus? He doesn't really seem to fit either one. He is not passionate or romantic...at least not outwardly, and is very guarded. He doesn't seem to be able to handle MY passion...it is met with apathy most times. The kicker? I'm a Scorpio....VERY passionate, but after 8 yrs of hiding that passion, with noone to bounce it off of, Im really feeling rather bored and even somewhat bitter. I feel like, passively, he's breaking my spirit. Any ideas? Is there any hope for a Aries-Taurus/Scorpio match to ever understand, blend and last?

    2. I'm an Aries/Taurus April 20th man. I can tell you from past experience in relationships he is acting the same way I do when I'm not into someone anymore. I am by no means saying hes not into you, I don't know you two or your relationship....just a thought. Sounds like he is holding back his passion which means he is either deeply upset with you and won't communicate it to you verbally or he is just done with the relationship but still feels like he needs to be in it so he doesn't feel like he is losing or giving up. If that makes sense.
Best thing you can do is leave him then you'll know where he really stands. If he wants you he will come after you, if not...well now you know. I hope it helps, good luck.
